	Curtain Walling
We supply curtain wall systems designed to provide optimum thermal performance and rapid on-site installation, facilitated by the ladder frame method of construction, i.e. preassembled in sections during fabrication. These systems are suitable for use in low to medium rise facades, such as large shop fronts and showrooms where the application demands an attractive glazing system that delivers maximum glass area and ingress of light. The system will accommodate a wide range of windows and entrance doors.

Commercial Windows
	Innovative designs and a comprehensive range of windows suitable for the architectural, commercial, public, new build and retail markets. Our window ranges include casements (top/side hung, fixed lights and any combination of these), tilt and turn, hopper, tilt and slide, projecting, fully reversible, pivot (horizontal or vertical), sliding and heavy duty. Windows are available externally or internally beaded, open-in/open-out, with polyamide thermal barrier or as an aluminium/PVC-U composite frame for high performance thermal efficiency. High security glazing, shoot-bolt locking, dual colour options, excellent weather performance (BS6375 Pts 1 & 2), compliance with BS7950 and a choice of ovolo, chamfered or square main profiles are just some of the many special features of our window systems. We are able to supply all window types and styles from our selected systems to meet your criteria.

	Commercial Doors
Our doors are compatible with a range of furniture and locking mechanisms and are available in a wide range of colours and finishes that comply with all relevant British and/or European standards. Compliance with Document L for thermal transmittance applies. Design flexibility, durability and fitness for purpose are key factors that project managers, architects and specifiers will discover when they opt for our commercial doors – whether required for refurbishment or new build projects these doors are designed for rigorous use and heavy traffic. 	Brise Soleil
Brise Soleil has become ever more popular in recent years, we are able to offer packages of varied Brise Soleil designs to suit any application. These permanent sun-shading systems have a fixed arrangement of horizontal, inclined or vertical louvres (slats that are angled to admit light and air, but keep out rain, direct sunshine, and noise). Not only can arrangements of louvres reduce solar heat gain and glare in the summer they allow for low angle sun in the winter which can provide some passive solar heating. Brise Soleil can also enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building. Due to these added benefits Brise Soleil has been designed more and more to enhance a buildings energy efficiency rating.

Balustrade
	Once simply a safety product now with the use of new technology Balustrading can be designed to a wide variety of styles, shapes and with a host of different materials than ever before. Stainless steel balusters are used to support railings, such as the rail on a banister. They may be used in houses or for exterior areas, but one of the more widespread applications of stainless steel balusters is in balconies. A series of thin stainless steel balusters can elegantly support a handrail as well as a bottom rail that outlines the edge of the balcony. Along with a gorgeous appearance and practical applications, the presence of balusters not only ensures that the balcony is safe but they are also a cost-effective way of creating a balustrade for use in outside or inside areas.

	Rainscreen Cladding
The building regulations we work to today were not always in force. As such many buildings today are suffering from water penetration due to the weaker volume of waterproof materials that were available during their construction. Rainscreen cladding is a layer of water-shedding material that is placed on top of existing walls and roofs, effectively becoming the new outer layer of a building. It is placed directly over the previous outer layer which improves the water-shedding properties of a building and allows insulation to work more effectively. Rainscreen cladding is commonly used on older buildings that consist of less weatherproof materials and have had more time to develop leaks.

Smoke Ventilation
	Smoke Ventilation systems are designed to ensure a natural flow of smoke from a building into the atmosphere during an emergency. Smoke control using natural ventilation is a particularly effective means of protecting escaping occupants or trapped persons from the immediate danger of smoke inhalation. Loss of life due to smoke inhalation can be reduced with effective planning during the buildings initial construction. Incorporating smoke ventilation duct, windows or sky lights may save lives. We are able to supply windows which allow for fully integrated smoke ventilation to your requirement.

	Plantroom Screens
Plant room screening is designed specifically to hide unsightly roof mounted equipment and to protect it from various environmental factors. Roof plant rooms are becoming ever more popular due to the size of the machinery required for effective environment control in buildings. While there are many advantages to this the one obvious disadvantage is that the visual appearance of the building can suffer. Plantroom screening is a cheap and popular solution to this problem. We can supply a wide variety of systems that are fully compatible with our own systems ensuring complete integration. Screening can be custom built to meet specific design requirements.

Lantern Roofing
	A Lantern Rooflight is a framework of Aluminium or PVCu containing a glass windowpane that is built into a wall or roof to admit light. Advantages of Lantern Rooflight's include a vast improvement on light penetration which can cut electricity usage and smoke ventilation that can be built-in to allow for smoke danger. Automatic or manual window openers can be fitted to allow for easy ventilation. Due to the complicated access issues that can arise these systems are designed to be very sturdy and long lasting.

	PVC Soffit Boards
High quality PVC soffits boards are ideal as a bolt on replacement for old rotten timber soffits. They are suitable for light commercial and domestic properties whether refurbishment or new build. This hard wearing very high resistant system will not fade, rot and does not require painting and will last for years. PVC Fascia Boards
	PVC Fascia Boards are ideal whether for a new build or refurbishment. Wood fascias rot away over time and constantly require painting. Environmental Management

Aluminium is possibly the most sustainable building material in the world and is now widely recycled.
